The Program
You can review the full path before you ever apply — because we believe you deserve to know exactly how you'll grow.
Days 1–30
Foundation
Onboarding, brand standards, the 7 Touchpoint Experience, and your first skill drills — shampoos, root touch-ups, toners. Hands-on mentorship from day one.
Days 30–90
Build Begins
Structured model days 2–4× monthly with your mentor. You start building your own clientele inside a safe, supported environment — not someday, now.
Days 90–120
On the Floor
You take guests for foundational services on your own day each week, with mentorship just steps away and ongoing education built into your month.
By Month 12
Graduation
You graduate to the floor full-time with a growing book and a path toward uncapped earning. We don't believe in keeping talented people waiting.
